Obituary

Jesus, you came to heal the brokenhearted and our heart is broken today. . . On Saturday, November 26, 2011 our mother, sister and grandmother, Aleta Ann Moses, affectionately known as Babysis, departed her precious life in DePaul Hospital, Norfolk Virginia. Aleta was born in Cape Charles, Virginia and had been a resident of Lawrenceville, N.J. for many years prior to relocating to Norfolk, VA. She was a graduated of Princeton High School in Princeton, N.J.

Babysis had faith in Jehovah. She was employed with E.T.s for many years and recently retired from health care. Babysis loved her family and loved to entertain others. She expressed love to everyone with a kiss and a hug.

Babysis enjoyed eating seafood and fried chicken. She was a homebody and a great housekeeper. Cooking was her favorite pass time. Aleta had a great love for her sons, Micheal, Emanuel and Andre' and her grandchildren. Aleta was predeceased by her parents Clifton and Sarah Moses, maternal grandparents Horace and Ivoy Picott and parental grandparents Otto and Eleanor Moses.

Aleta leaves to cherish loving memory, a companion Charles Upshur; three sons: Micheal, Emanuel and Andre' Moses all of Trenton, N.J.; nine grandchildren: Deasheeka Moses of Trenton N.J., Micheal Moses Jr., Bayonne N.J., Somone, Bashon, Bria, Jaquaer, Andrea, Javonta and Messiah all of Trenton N.J.; three great-grandchildren: Jaeda, Syeir and Karin Moses all of Trenton, N.J., three brothers Clifton (Jonella) and Leroy, Trenton, NJ, Calvin (Pam) Moses, Ewing NJ; one brother-in-law, Samuel Council; four sisters: Faye Powell (Daniel), Gloria Moses, Linda Moses and Caffie Moses Manning all of Trenton NJ; a special nephew Tony Moses, Trenton, NJ; a special niece, Chanda Moses, Windsor, VA, a host of other nieces and nephews; three aunts, Maggie Moses, Cheapside VA, Janie Moses, Salisbury, MD and Lydia Spady, Bensalem, PA, a host of other relatives and friends.
