On Wednesday, November 17, 2010, Annette Marrow Adson quickly entered into eternal rest at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. Annette was born on March 12, 1961 to Ella Mae Marrow and Frank Hines and resided in Cheriton, Virginia.
Annette attended Northampton County Public Schools and graduated in 1979. She was a member of the African Baptist Church, Cheriton, Virginia.
Annette loved cooking, shopping, playing bingo, spending time with her family and going to yard sales. She enjoyed long laughs and talks with her friends and family. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life.
Annette was preceded in death by her father, Frank Hines, her grandmother, Clara Payton and her grandson, Lorenzo Jermell Stith, Jr.
Annette leaves cherished memories to her loving husband, James Anthony Adson, Cheriton, VA; her devoted mother, Ella Mae Marrow, Cheriton; three loyal sons: Fontain Marrow (Regina), Portsmouth, VA, Antwan Marrow and Lorenzo Jermell Stith, (Rachel) Cheriton, VA; nine grandchildren, Shacarola, DaShun, Kweli, Jamiah, Nasir, Kaliah, Aalysa, Desire and Isaiah; three sisters: Malinda Hopkins (Robert, Deborah Strand (Nathaniel) and Mechelle Marrow all of Richmond, VA; two brothers: Anthony Holley, Richmond, VA and Kenneth Marrow, Cheriton, VA; four step sons: Anthony, David, George and Angelo; four step daughters: Sandy, Janice, Rita and Romona, a host of step-grandchildren; two aunts, Ernestine Fair (Charles), Mauldin, SC and Hazel Savage, Richmond, VA; one uncle, William Payton, Cheriton, VA; four nieces: Shan, Peaches, Tyandra and Nae Nae; five nephews: Antwaine, Junie, DJ, Maine and Marquis; three special friends, Velvet, Pat and Annie, one adopted aunt, Hattie Andrews and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Annette will be missed and remembered
by all who knew her.
