Cecil Spencer Lofland, jr. was born to the late Cecil and Mittie Bryant Lofland in Northampton County, Virginia. He Passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at the Sentara Nursing Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Cecil was lovingly known as "Spencer" to family and friends. He received his education in the Cape Charles and Northampton County Public School System. Cecil possessed a natural quiet and reserved spirit.He joined First Baptist Church Cape Charles at an early age. He served as an usher and faithfully attended services until his health limited his abilities; however, he remained steadfast in his faith.
Cecil will be remembered as a pleasant and loving family member. He shared the home wiht his sister's family and was a father figure for his nieces and nephews.
