Obituary
Edith Mae Bailey Mitchell left her earthly home on Tuesday, April 9,2013 and went to her heavenly home to reunite with her loved ones there. She quietly and peacefully departed thislife under her "own roof' and her in her "own bed' as she always desired. Amen
Edith was born to Albert and Emma Terry on April 2, 1915 Bayview, Virginia into a close-Knit extended family. She had a limited education but had wisdom that would challenge a degreed person. She taught her children independence and strength, by example. She worked as a domestic but spent most her life as a homemaker, rearing and nurturing seven children. She loved children and babsat the neighborhood children.
