Mr. John Isaac Batts, 85 of Cheriton, Virginia departed this life on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at his residence.

He was the son of the Late Willie D. Batts and the Late Betsy Pearl Batts.  He was born January 17, 1938 in North Carolina.

He was married to Mrs.  Ethel Giddens Batts.

A viewing will be held Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023 at Grays Funeral Home, Cape Charles, VA from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30p.m.

Graveside Prayer will be Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023 beginning at 12:45 p.m. at the Cape Charles Community Cemetery, Old Stone Road, Cape Charles, VA.

The Memorial Service will be Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at The Kingdom Hall of Johovah Witness, Exmore, Virginia.
