Obituary

Jean Jacqueline Wilson Clark was born on September 4, 1926 to the late Mary Lou and Eugene Wilson. She was reared in Cape Charles and attended public school. Jean joined St. Stephen's A.M.E. Church at an early age and seved as a Stewardess for several years. She faithfully attended when she was able, but when she wasn't she made sure her children were in attendance. Her favorite song was, "Just a Closer Walk with Thee."

She married the late John J. clark, Jr. in 1944 and was a full-time homemaker for her seven children. Her favorite past-times were reading the daily newspaper, watching the news and her favorite game shows on television and sitting on the porch visiting with neighbors and friends that stopped by to chat. Shge loved to laugh and at times, she loved to talk and during someof these conversations one migh hear her favorite saying, "Oh, go somewhere."
