Jessie Ella (Maye)Brown, the daughter of the late James Elmer and Mary Priscilla Brown was born on April 18, 1928 in Eastville, Virginia.
On Thursday, August 22, 2013 Jessie departed this life at Albert Einstein Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.
At an early age, Jessie joined Bethel A.M.E Church. She was a "loving and caring person".
Left to cherish her loving memories daughter Priscilla Crallie (Ronnie) of Philadelphia, PA and son Deacon Bobby Brown (Leotine)of Chesapeake, VA.
