Kathleen Anne Bonadeo, 64 of Cape Charles, VA.,wife of Thomas J. Bonadeo passed away Monday, Nov 17,2014. She Left peacefully while in her home surrounded by her family and closet friends.
She was a daughter of Jack Kemerling and the late Eleanor Kemerling. Born in Illinois, she was the eldest of three children. Although separated by great distance for most of her life, she loved and admired her younger siblings, Susan and Mark.
An avid singer and budding actress, she spent many years in musical theater and took lead roles in several production. She shunned the red carpet life to pursue a career in nursing. Her closest friends in the world, Janet and Buddy Murtaugh played a significant role in her life.
She raised two pretty decent kids, Christopher and Sarah who considered her their hero. To Honor their mother, they promised to raise their daughters (Ave, Ellie, and Jane to be just like her. If they get halfway there, it will be considered a success
Diagnosed with cancer 12 years ago, she continued to fight the disease until the very end. Her will and determination have been an inspiration for all to St. Charles Catholic Church.
