On August 18, 1925, Lottie Alberta Alexander-Robinson was born to the union of the late Mollie and Magruder Alexander. Lottie was called home on the eve of September 4, 2009 to be with the Lord.

Lottie attended the Northampton Public School. She married the late Clinton G. Robinson and to their union four children was born. She also raised two stepdaughters.

"Lot" as she was affectionately called by family and friends was a joy to be around. She loved talking and would talk to anyone who would listen. She made friends everywhere she went.

Lottie leaves cherished memories with her four children and two stepdaughters: Katherine Davis and Bertha Dillard, both of Cape Charles, VA; Roger Robinson of Chesapeake, VA, Norine Finney of Jamaica Queens, NY; Geraline Moorefield of Parksley, VA and Odessa Jordan of Pennsauken, NJ; one sister, Maggie Granby of Philadelphia, PA; two sisters-in-law, Thelma Ruffin of Fairview, VA and Mary Robinson of Norfolk, VA; two aunts-in-law, Ella Gillis and Mary M. Bracey both of Fairview, VA; thirteen grandchildren, forty-two great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
