Obituary

Maurice Carson Brickhouse , 82 of Cape Charles, Virginia was born April 20, 1938 and passed away Sunday , December 20, 2020 at Citadel Nursing Home in Nassawadox, Virginia . He was the son of the late Robert  Lee  Sr. and Lillian Frances Ames Brickhouse.

He was the twin brother of Juanita B. Godwin (Thomas ), and brother of Luray Ladstine Brickhouse , Roscoe Shaperior (Cordella) Brickhouse , niece, Tonja  Juanita (Perry ) Paylor, niece-in-law Deborah Taylor Godwin, nephew Thomas Godwin, Jr, great- nephew , Glenn  Eric  Jones  Jr., great- neice, Madison Taylor  Jones, and great nephew , Farise Overton . He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Lee Brickhouse , Jr. and  a nephew , Keith Ansel Godwin.
A walk through visitation will be held  Saturday , December 26. 2020 at 10:00 am at Gray's Funeral Home  in Cape Charles. Graveside services will be held Saturday , December 26, 2020 at 12:00 pm ( noon ) at the Brickhouse  Family Cemetery in Hare Valley, Virginia in Lillian's  Lane on Bayside Road.
All COVID -19 rules and regulations will be observed  at all services.
