Michael Wayne Bailey was born in Cape Charles Virginia on February 25, 1955 to the late Charles Edward Bailey, Sr. and Ella Harper Bailey. He raised on Jones' Farm. He departed this life at his residence on July 7,2013 after a long illness.
As a youth, Michael was a member of Mount Sinai Gospel Tabernacle under the leadership of the late Bishop Estella D. Smith. He served as a member of the Junior Choir, the Male Youth for Christ, and as a church musician.
Michael was educated by the Northampton County Public School system and graduated from Northampton High School in 1973. Upon graduating he located to Binghamton, New York where he met and married the love of his life, Deborah ferraro in 1978 and remianed devoted to her until her passing in 2008.
