Mr. Percell Washington, 69, of Portsmouth, Virginia departed this life on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Eastern State Hospital, Williamsburg, Virginia. He was born July 15, 1948 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia to the late Virginia Washington Ames.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 12:00 noon in the Cape Charles Community Cemetery.
