Phillip Lee Evans, 75 of Cape Charles, Virginia departed this life on Sunday, April 23, 2023 surrounded by his beloved family.  Phillip was the son of the Late Phillip Evans and Lola Nottingham Evans.

Phillip was married to Valentine Elliott Evans and they were proud of their four children, Angela Powell of Cape Charles, Brian Elliott (Olga)  of Arlington, VA and Byron Elliott of Prince George, VA.  He is pre-deceased by one son, Roderick Elliott, and his sister Margaret Evans.

Phillip leaves treasured memories of his life with his wife of over 40 years, Val and their three children.  He was blessed with six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, five sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and the Cape Charles Community.
