Rosa Ann Palmer was born December 13, 1928 to the late Harriet and Willie Wimber in Northampton County, Virginia. She departed her life on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, Nassawadox, Virginia.

Rosa is survived by: one daughter, Malinda Dowling, Eastville, VA; three sons, Charles Palmer, Cape Charles, VA, Clinton Palmer (Cathy), Melfa,VA and Jimmy Fisher, Cape Charles, VA; Thirteen grandchildren, Twenty great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Sarah Wimber, Eastville, VA, one daughter-in-law, Cathy Palmer, Melfa, VA one son-in-law, Arthur Kellam, Cape Charles, VA, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and her church family.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church, Eastville, VA.
