It was a joyous occasion in the household of the late Mr. Carlisle Coles and the late Mrs. Mary Fisher Coles on January 24 1938, upon the arrival of Virginia Mae Eliza Coles in Northampton County, Virginia.
Virginia attended the public school in Portsmouth, Virginia. In 1958, she married the late Mr. Rudolph Moses, Jr. To this union was born six children. Virginia followed on of her passions-working with youth who have special needs. Her kind heart and warm smile enriched the lives of many children. She graciously retired from the Eastern Shore Community Service Board in Belle Haven, Virginia. Virginia was a faithful member of Exmore Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.
Family and friends affectionately knew Virginia as "Bubble". Having a great sense of humor, she was fun loving, cheerful and the family matriarch. She loved spending time with her family at cookouts and special celebrations. Bubble enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, watching TV, working crossword puzzles and ordering all kinds of gadgets from QVC.
She leaves to cherish her memories: four sons, Keith Andre Moses, Harold Marion Moses (Teresa) Eastern Shore, VA, Stephen Christopher Moses (Cassandra) Clinton, MD, Rudolph Jimpson Moses (Barbl) Hinesville, GA; one daughter, Natalie Anita Moses, Eastern Shore, VA; a daughter-in-law, Brenda Moses (Roderick Michael Moses-deceased), two brothers, John Coles and Nathaniel Coles, five sisters, Novella James (Robert), Barbara Brickhouse (Samuel), June Staton (Raymond), Alice Coles and Gwendolyn Coles; twelve grandchildren, one great grandson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Lovingly submitted, The Family
